The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is a somatic model created by Dr. Laurence Heller that facilitates healing from developmental trauma. NARM is not psychotherapy.
Somatic Experiencing®
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-based approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine to enhance regulation in the nervous system. It is designed to support recovery from the effects of shock trauma. SE is not psychotherapy.

My approach to somatic wellness is built on the belief that transcendent growth is possible. Educated in Jungian psychology, somatic trauma healing and massage therapy, my practice centers on tailoring these diverse mind-body approaches to meet the unique experiences of my clients. Recognized for my deep listening skills, I strive to create a grounded experience and peaceful environment where the process of personal transformation can safely unfold. I am not a licensed mental health care professional. Salt City Somatics is LGBTQIA + affirmative.
