SALT CITY SOMATICS CAN HELP YOU
Get in Touch with
Who You Are
Inhabiting your body is the gateway to the present moment because your body only lives in “the now.” And the now is the only place where life actually happens. Learn more about how a somatic approach can help you become more present.
When your conscious awareness is connected to your body’s internal states, you register the signals your body is sending you. This is the basic process by which you know what you need and ultimately how you know who you are. Explore how somatics can enhance your connection.
Being connected to your body in the present moment without getting overwhelmed or shutting down is the experience of being alive. It’s the place from which purpose, meaning and belonging arise and where you inhabit your authentic Self. Find out how somatic processing can help you feel more alive.

Parking is on the street or in a small lot behind the building. The door to the studio is always locked so just message me when you arrive so I know you’re here. I’ll meet you at the door right on time for your appointment.
