Testimonials

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a session with Jenny, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and inviting, immediately putting me at ease. Her technique was both skillful and intuitive. What impressed me the most was Jenny's attention to detail. Every part of the session felt thoughtful and personalized. it was clear that Jenny is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients.”

“I have yet to find anyone anywhere close to her work. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She listens to exactly what you tell her.”

“Jenny helps me untangle what often feels like a jumble mess of thoughts and feelings into something clearer, more connected, and understandable. One of the most valuable parts of our work has been learning the difference between listening to outside opinions versus listening to myself and my own intuition.”

“I have struggled with bloating for many years. After seeing countless doctors, trying every diet imaginable, managing stress, and even removing unhealthy people from my life, I finally came to understand that nervous system dysregulation was at the root of my symptoms. I found Jenny and have been working with her since August 2025, and the improvement I've experienced has been incredible.”

“I have known Jenny for about five years. She carries a deep understanding of the legacy of trauma in people's lives. And she has an incredible way of helping her clients unwind from old hurts and patterns and find personal freedom in their lives. I recommend Jenny without hesitation for her skill, knowledge and heart. I trust and respect her as a friend and a colleague.”

“I have known Jenny for many years; we studied NARM together. She is an insightful, attuned practitioner who helps her clients focus as they reflect on what they need. Her ability to hold complexity with curiosity, warmth, and respect for the other person makes her someone I trust with referrals. She is wise, deliberate, and skilled at providing body-based trauma healing.”

“I have never felt so safe in a practitioner's care. Jenny has a way of guiding me back into myself with so much care and gentleness. I always leave feeling more grounded, more clear, and deeply grateful for the space she holds.”

“As I continued to work with Jenny, she helped me learn to read and understand my body/mind connections. Because of her help, I had better success in my talk therapy sessions, learned to recognize the warning signs my body and mind were sending, and learned coping mechanisms that were entirely new to me.”

“Jenny is amazing, she is compassionate and kind, but also bold and honest. She listened! Actually took time to listen. She then guided and helped allow my body begin to work through the issues that were causing me so much pain. She asked questions and explored my past and present behavior, without judgement, to allow my brain to do what it needed to do to start me on the path to recovery.”
